Hambela Dabaye is from longtime Guji coffee farmer and mill manager, Kedir Hassan.  "Dabaye" is the name of the kebele where this Hambela station is located. Kedir is an incredibly proficient and capable engineer as well as coffee farmer, and built the entire Hambela station in one season. Hambela sits at 1816 meters above sea level, and coffee is grown as high as 2100 meters.

Delicious and somewhat delicate, this wet-processed lot from Hambela packs impressive sweetness, and classic Guji cup characteristics. A layered sweetness of partially refined sugars, fruited accents of watermelon Jolly Rancher,. limeade, lychee fruit, orange jello, a little golden plum, and a floral jasmine aroma crowns the cup
